Head of Membership
Saskia has been with WagWorks since day one, playing a key role in shaping who we are today. She’s passionate about building community and creating meaningful connections between our team and members. With a deep understanding of what makes a truly dog-friendly environment, Saskia is dedicated to ensuring WagWorks is not just a daycare, but the perfect place for you and your dog to thrive alongside like-minded owners.

Dr. Steph
Islington Club Vet & Manager
Dr. Steph graduated from Bristol Vet School in 2016. Over the years, Steph has worked in vet clinics and as a vet for several companies – helping to develop pet health products and sitting on a Scientific Advisory Board. She has a particular interest in holistic health & has completed…

Darcy
Head of Daycare
Darcy has been with WagWorks Fulham for just over a year, bringing so much warmth and care to our daycare community. She’s created a space where dogs feel at home and owners have real peace of mind. We’re thrilled she’s now moving into the role of Head of Daycare at our new Islington Club, where she’ll help shape the same safe and happy environment for a whole new community.

Sonja
Head Groomer
Sonja began her career in finance before moving into grooming, where she is now a City & Guilds Level 3-qualified groomer. Having trained under a Guild of Master Groomers expert, Sonja is committed to delivering high-quality care and tailored grooming solutions. Her focus is on making every visit enjoyable and stress-free, while helping owners manage this important part of their dog’s welfare and wellbeing.

Winkie
Head of Education & Training
With over 20 years’ experience in canine training and behaviour, Winkie takes a kind, science-backed approach that helps dogs feel confident and understood. She supports our members through behavioural consultations, training queries, and monthly educational talks, while also leading regular staff training days – all alongside caring for her three beloved rescue dogs.
